Our session today will be mainly devoted to the policy debate before the budget vote primitive by our next meeting March 26. This debate provided by the General Code of Local Authorities was preceded, as we have established the principle several years ago a meeting with our partners during the conference held last December 18.

We have the opportunity to have an overview of the economic and social situation of our department and receive an introduction to the institutional and financial environment, all of which involved policy proposals budget on which we have discussed today.
