By the time we are gathered here for the original budget vote 2010 of our community, let me have a special thought for our fellow regional advisers Burgundy, elected last Sunday and are also in session to elect the President of our Regional Council.

course I am delighted with the result last Sunday by the list he was driving in the Nièvre especially since it is in the departments, does he realize his best score with just under 60% of the votes cast. It is recognition by the Nivernais themselves, attention was his in the past 6 years, with respect to our department. And at the same time it is an act of faith in his project for the Burgundy and the support it will bring.
I am happy to continue working together we have achieved during the previous mandate of the Nièvre department and Bourgogne region, to lead on key issues for the Nièvre and useful to our citizens.
