2009 Incentive
You have probably read in a PV CE, or have heard that this year you will receive under the year 2009 a profit of just over 1200 euros . Awesome! We can all say thank you to the leadership ...
And yet, can you remind us what was the amount of your increase in 2009?
Ah yes, with rare exceptions: 0 euro.
A quick calculation to realize that these 1200 euros equivalent to an increase of just under 100 euros a month (13th month requires) per person.
The only difference is that if instead of reaching Euro 1200 as an incentive you had taken the form of increase, it would have counted for future years and your retirement, safety, etc..
But it would have been much less spectacular ...
Reminder: in 2009 at the NAO, we requested an overall increase of 100 euros per month. But the direction is far ideologically opposed to the notion of collective evolution of wages ...
