I Saw Someone Wearing A Diaper

Chad: achievements and prospects of parliamentary activity

In democratic countries true in the first round of voting, the election is
event National exceptional. It's not just
a step, the important thing more: when citizens support
a candidate, it is also with the interests of official information. The res-pec
voter is then another challenge. Often the messages
are coated with honey even if they are contradictory. Politicians have a
or concerns to be fed with information more often), their ideologies
(for some small groups more or less marked) when
not by their passions or their blind spots (for few).

Every day the people of Chad is fed to various allegations of
corruption, embezzlement and fraud at the top of the pyramid.
The effect is direct: the cynicism about politicians is bad because it overshadows
important debates such as economics, health,
education, nutrition, public safety and prosperity.
Chadian Parliament has shown its great capacity to adapt
emergency, why does it become dumb when it comes time to make
accountable to the electorate on whose behalf he sits? The Chad
is really a banana republic, a kingdom of the mess?

Chad is crippled and mired in scandal for very long
years. Many challenges remain despite this
the operational vision of the Parliament should help to address them
multidimensional way as under the government-
democratic governance and the fight against poverty, and so
cross as for the fight against HIV / AIDS and activities RELATING
gender, management and preservation of the species
human and environmental. Every day the Chadians
face enormous difficulties accumulate. Many citizens expect
Chadian normalization of political situation in their country
while others bleed the country to please France,
the other receiver. There is a monumental slide in and for all
development programs. .

As a political party and as a generation, responding to questions about the future
the people is essential. "Delivering the goods "
is a key challenge in the issues involved and what it means
of democracy that we want to build. In a
culture of accountability that wishes to promote the Liberal Party
Chad, accountability of elected officials is to implement the program
for which they were elected and accountable. It is the same
for losing candidates who must accept the verdict of the polls
. Do not minimize the responsibility of
citizens and people in general. Participate in consul-general
tions is also committed to promoting wellness
of all citizens and not just that of the ruling class
as seen today in Chad.
Build, Defend, consolidate real democracy, but also continue to refuse
hackneyed methods of patronage and
clanism (the "envelopes" venality, orders and handling
Paris, the dictates of local puppeteers) who murder the integral
est benefit of the collective interest. The future is open, it
must get to work together, respecting differences
in the shared project. Before the endless suffering of the Chadian
homes, we make here a few questions to speak Chadian
ments:

1 / What were the highlights of the parliamentary session
2009-2010 and what decisions that have been taken to
that nothing like this could happen again?
2 / What are the major reforms the Government adopted
during or after these moments?
3 / How the modernization of parliamentary work is continuing it ?
4 / What are the priorities for the next opening of Parliament?
5 / According to the essential values of our Republic, that means
for parliamentarians equality and respect for the dignity of the person?
