Ladies and gentlemen, dear colleagues,
Allow me, first of all, I know the name of the county council as a whole, to present our sincere condolences to our colleague and friend Yvette Morillon, who has losing her husband to assure him of our support and to show our friendship in the painful ordeal through which it passes.
Gerard Morillon was a quiet man who did not usually get in front of the stage, but those of you who knew him appreciated his honesty and sincerity its commitments and we know the valuable support he gave to Yvette in the implementation of its action elected, for all these reasons I want to salute his memory.

Our session will take place in October, beyond a few adjustments of appropriations contained in the resolution amending the No. 2 that will introduce our colleague Henry Malcoiffe and renewal of many of our contractual commitments with partners General Council, several presentations of activity report:
> A first information of the Active fiber, the economic development agency of the Nièvre which had been announced in the agenda of the session was sent to you at our meeting was postponed from 17 December due to the unavailability of the President in which Thierry Doubre this morning's meeting of the federation building
> The House of Departmental Disability is meanwhile maintained
> And at the end of the session presentation by Mr. Reeve's progress report from the services of the State in the department. After
our work, Mr. Reeve was good enough to invite us to lunch and I thank him on behalf of us all in welcoming us earlier.
