Colleagues,

Thank you for your participation in this special session of our meeting whose sole purpose to continue the approach adopted unanimously at our meeting on 26 February 2010 a commitment to appeal to the state in order to obtain fair compensation charges transferred to the Department in recent years.

I remind you the context that led us to make this decision, as did also many colleagues in other departments, facing similar situations directly related to the weight of the individual allocations of solidarity in departmental budgets.
