Chad: Dark current and future mortgaged Youth
situation Chadian youth is critical. There is an acute shortage
jobs and those available are mostly dead-end jobs, poorly paid and unprotected
association. Postsecondary education is now almost
overpriced. And the public sector, once abundant source of good jobs
is reduced because the only privatized for ethnic Zaghawa in power in N'Djamena
.

It is no exaggeration to say that the attack against utilities
is an attack against the young. In fact, every job eliminated by the inability
to create new, following early retirement, to attrition or dismissal
is a job that will never exist for a young person.
With an official unemployment rate among youth who remained at 47.5 per
percent - and a real unemployment rate which is rather in the 35 percent
lack of jobs for youth in the public sector is
a problem as serious as the erosion of services themselves. An entire generation of young people is
 systematically sidelined
well paid jobs, very well protected and secured with tomorrow ..

No need for a crystal ball to find a country without creating jobs for young
is a country without a future. A country that can not provide stable jobs
or economic security to its young population is also
a country without a future. The Liberal Party of Chad has a key role to play in
shaping a better future for the youth of this country.

The Liberal Party of Chad is committed to enter the next elec-toral
with a plan for youth. A plan that will allow all
citize to enjoy some economic and social security.
a plan that will rejuvenate the public sector. A plan that will attract youth
accession to the PLT for the creation of good jobs and accessible education.
This means that we must fight against the trend of mediocre jobs
casual and temporary, to a trend that rob young people of their hope
and safety. This means that we must fight alongside
youth and support their efforts through our recruitment campaigns,
to the negotiating table and in our public campaigns. This means
 defend alternatives program
mean reduction in the public service workforce. That means forcing the
government out of its bubble to realize the harm done
youth. Stealing the future of children, youth and other citizens during
since nineteen (19) years is a disgraceful act.
