In my speech at the partner conference this morning, and after the overview of the economic and social situation of our department which was presented to you, I don ' not envisage at this point of my argument you give more details before opening the context in which our debate budgetary guidelines.
I just want to emphasize on some points, we have not discussed this morning and are heavy consequences in relation to budgetary choices that we will be asked to do so by Feb. 17 date for the vote of our original budget.
