It is with pleasure that I open this session of the General Council decentralized in this beautiful region of South Nivernais. I welcome ladies and gentlemen of the mayors of the townships of La Machine and Decize who agreed wanted to respond to our invitation and participate in our work, I also welcome:

Thanks Mr. Mayor, my dear Guy your reception and the presentation that you just have us in your town of St Leger des Vignes we chose this year to hold our annual meeting decentralized. Our meeting will be paired this afternoon with a cultural event and tourist attraction for St Leger and the Nièvre, since we will participate in the inauguration of the space of interpretation of tow-boat, located just on the other side of the main road, while recently redone. I will not go into details you will discover with us around 16h.

is indeed become a strong tradition that held our June meeting "out walls "and to show on this occasion the richness of our department.
Fresneau center today, including sports equipment everyone can enjoy high quality, welcoming us here in St Leger des Vignes, at kilometer 0 of the Nivernais canal junction with the Loire. Decize is facing us, and Forest des Minimes in La Machine hinterland countries but also Charolais breeding horses AQPS renowned tradition of industrial land, mining country, the south Nivernais in all its diversity that we receives today.
