It is with great pleasure as always we welcome you, Rene-Pierre Signed, President Union Amicale mayors of Nièvre and me in this beautiful and cool (which right now is an important asset) Park County Pougues Waters for our traditional summer meeting.
I forestall any possible criticism of the organization of this meeting in this small period or the state waives the receptions organized for national holiday for reasons of economy on the lifestyle. There is no comparison between first two receptions and also the General Council on this research widely anticipated savings since we eliminated early This year our vows ceremonies, much more costly and greatly reduced all our receptions and communication events.
